- Administer and manage NetApp (ONTAP) and HPE storage platforms (3PAR / Nimble / Primera)
- Perform storage provisioning (LUNs, volumes, shares)
- Configure and manage SAN/NAS environments (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS)
- Monitor storage health, performance, and capacity utilization
- Implement replication and backup solutions (SnapMirror, Remote Copy, etc.)
- Troubleshoot storage performance issues and outages
- Perform firmware upgrades and patching activities
- Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and high availability
- Work closely with server, database, and application teams
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAN/NAS concepts
- Experience with NetApp ONTAP
- Experience with HPE storage (3PAR / Nimble / Primera)
- Knowledge of storage protocols: FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB
- Understanding of RAID, disk types, storage tiers
- Familiarity with snapshot and replication technologies
