Senior Program Manager, Network Health / Trust & Safety

• This role is for someone who wants real ownership.
• You’ll be the right hand to the Network Health and Trust & Safety leadership, owning complex, high-impact programs that protect customers, partners, and the business.
• This is not a reporting or coordination role.
• You will identify risks before they escalate, turn ambiguity into clear execution plans, and drive programs that balance safety, compliance, and operational reality.
• You’ll work across teams that don’t naturally align, often without direct authority.
• Your job is to connect the dots, make hard calls, and ensure the right things get done on time, at scale, and with measurable impact.

• Key job responsibilities
• Own end-to-end Trust & Safety and Network Health programs from problem definition to execution and sustained outcomes
• Identify systemic risks and compliance gaps; design scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes
• Drive execution across multiple teams with competing priorities
• Set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for complex initiatives
• Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on risk, safety, and long-term strategy
• Build simple, durable mechanisms to track progress and enforce standards
• Raise the bar on how programs are designed, reviewed, and communicated

On a Typical Day, You Might

• Deep dive into data to understand where risks are emerging and why
• Align with product, operations, legal, and analytics partners on priorities and trade-offs
• Challenge unclear plans and push for sharper problem statements and success metrics
• Review program progress, unblock teams, and escalate when needed
• Translate complex issues into clear updates for senior stakeholders
• Improve existing processes so teams spend less time reacting and more time preventing issues
• Your internal stakeholders include operations leaders, product teams, analytics partners, and legal or policy counterparts.

About The Team

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
