Senior Program Manager

Cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure)

Large-scale enterprise modernization and open-source transformation initiatives

AI/ML-enabled data platforms and analytics environments

DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD automation practices

SAFe and scaled Agile delivery environments

Enterprise data ecosystems supporting high-volume and near real-time processing

System-of-systems integrations and distributed architectures

Program and delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project)

Reporting, analytics, governance, and operational oversight platforms

Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics platforms, or large-scale data modernization initiatives

Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enterprise modernization, and distributed systems environments

Experience managing system-of-systems (SoS) environments with multiple vendors, programs, and interdependent systems

Experience supporting open-source modernization from legacy/on-prem systems to cloud-native platforms

Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure delivery processes

Experience supporting federal security and compliance requirements including NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, Zero Trust, MFA, secure SDLC, and ATO processes

Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, QASP alignment, deliverables tracking, and operational reporting

Experience with FAR compliance, subcontractor/vendor management, and multi-contractor coordination

Experience supporting large-scale data ingest, ETL pipelines, analytics, dissemination, and real-time processing environments

Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, reporting tools, and operational dashboards

Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Strong ownership mindset with accountability for delivery, financial, and operational outcomes

Ability to operate in highly complex, fast-moving, multi-contractor environments

Strong governance, risk management, and decision-making capabilities

Ability to align technical delivery with mission objectives, compliance requirements, and operational realities

Proven ability to manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and drive execution across distributed teams

Experience supporting statistical and similarly large-scale federal modernization programs

Experience leading cloud transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives within complex federal environments

Experience supporting AI/ML-enabled operational or analytics platforms

Certifications related to Agile, SAFe, cloud, or DevSecOps practices
