Lead Test Engineer

Cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure)

Enterprise applications, APIs, and distributed integration platforms

High-volume, near real-time data processing systems

Automated testing and quality engineering frameworks

DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD automation practices

Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery environments

Enterprise data ecosystems and modernization platforms

Testing and delivery tools including GitLab, Jira, Xray, Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber, Playwright, and Qmetry

Collaboration and documentation platforms (Confluence, Git)

Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise automated testing strategies and frameworks

Experience developing and managing formal testing artifacts including test plans, test cases, scripts, scenarios, TEMP documentation, TARs, and quality reports

Experience with test data management, test data generation, and validation strategies across large-scale systems

Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple systems, vendors, teams, and integrated environments

Experience with defect lifecycle management including tracking, categorization, remediation coordination, and reporting

Experience with API testing, integration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies

Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps delivery environments

Strong experience with GitLab, Jira, Xray, Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber, Playwright, Qmetry, and related testing platforms

Experience testing cloud-native, distributed, and high-volume enterprise systems

Experience operating within Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Strong understanding of quality metrics, release readiness, scalability, resiliency, and operational testing practices

Strong ownership mindset with accountability for enterprise quality outcomes

Ability to drive quality engineering practices across multiple teams and delivery environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail

Effective communication across engineering, architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders

Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-impact modernization environments with multiple dependencies

Strong leadership capabilities across enterprise testing and quality engineering functions

ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester, CSTP, or similar testing certifications

Experience supporting statistical and similarly large-scale federal modernization programs

Experience testing high-volume, real-time, or event-driven enterprise systems

Experience supporting enterprise DevSecOps modernization initiatives

Experience leading enterprise-scale automation and testing transformation programs
