The Opportunity
Lead complex, high-impact programs across IFS Copperleaf’s engineering and R&D portfolio.
Coordinate engineering execution with Product, Support, Operations, customers, and other organizational stakeholders.
Drive strategic AI and software initiatives and adoption of the Agentic Operating Model.
The role may move across initiatives as organizational priorities evolve.
Release Delivery and Coordination
- Translate product strategy and epics into executable features with outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Manage complex program and release scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Lead release gate inputs and coordinate status, risks, dependencies, and readiness with release and peer program managers.
- Coordinate delivery cadence across programs and operating cells for predictable, high-quality, on-time outcomes.
Alignment and Customer Engagement
- Align Engineering, Product, Support, and Operations for assigned programs and releases.
- Confirm documentation, known limitations, migration paths, and enablement materials are complete before General Availability.
