- As a Senior Program Business Analyst, you'll lead projects that modernize systems, improve user experiences, and support ministries across Ontario in adopting innovative solutions.
- Transfer Payment Ontario is an enterprise innovation and excellence hub promoting best practices in transfer payment administration.
- The Program Implementation team partners with Ontario government ministries to onboard their Transfer Payment programs onto the TPON platform.
What you will do
- Lead initiatives that improve transfer payment processes and support system modernization.
- Collaborate with ministries and central agencies to promote and guide the use of the TPON system.
- Assess ministry needs, gather future state requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare clear, strategic materials such as project plans, fit gap analyses, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support user experience (UX) and digital innovation projects to enhance the TPON platform.
- Deliver change management sessions and share best practices with internal and external users.
What you bring to the team

- Stakeholder engagement and communication: build strong relationships, facilitate workshops, present recommendations, prepare strategic documents.

- Project and change management: lead program and policy development, apply project management methodologies, support change management initiatives.
