Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; management qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ production/plant management experience in the UAE
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and EHS regulations
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional language is a plus

Summary

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive, market based salary and typical UAE benefits (housing/transport allowance, health insurance, annual leave, end of service benefits), negotiable by experience.
- Pay: AED15,000.00 AED20,000.00 per month
