Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and close multiple projects following established project lifecycle and governance
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk/issue registers; monitor progress and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (design, procurement, production, site, QA/QC, HSE) to meet milestones
- Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships; lead meetings, progress reports and approvals
- Ensure contractual compliance, change control and timely resolution of technical or commercial issues
- Implement quality control and HSE requirements throughout project execution
- Track project financials (costs, forecasts, claims) and report performance to senior management
- Mentor project staff and ensure knowledge transfer and proper documentation for handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience managing large scale projects (multiple simultaneous projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle, contract management and construction/production processes
- Excellent planning, risk management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands under tight timelines
- Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage

Summary
