Overview
- Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving high performance to achieve project goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers, securing favorable terms and maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify and mitigate potential production risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Develop and manage production budgets, providing accurate financial forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams, providing production expertise and guidance to realize the creative vision.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, union agreements, and safety standards, minimizing legal and safety risks.
- Evaluate and implement new production technologies and workflows, optimizing efficiency and improving production quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management, providing regular updates on project status, budget performance, and key milestones.
