DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading – Qatar Branch is seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager.
The role serves customers in the dermatology, aesthetics, and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer reports.
- Deliver after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Three to four years of experience in dermatology and aesthetics in Qatar.
- Experience in account management and sales, with a proven track record.
- Strong healthcare-sector network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Qatar driving license is required.
- Native Arabic speaker is required.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
