- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Payment initiatives
- Manage stakeholder communication and lead agile product development cycles from ideation to release
- Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Measure and communicate program performance and outcomes against business objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration of solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and developing contingency plans
- Perform stakeholder analysis and facilitate collaborative sessions for requirements discovery
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the payments space with strong understanding of payments rails, including SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards, and the Canadian payment ecosystem
- Proven experience delivering initiatives in an enterprise setting
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross functionally
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to document high level business requirements and prioritize team backlogs

What is the opportunity?

What do you need to succeed?
