AI Architect

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the AI and Data strategy in alignment with Accellor’s global AI vision and roadmap.
• Build and scale an AI, Data, and Engineering organization.
• Lead Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agent, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop AI products, platforms, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and intellectual property.
• Identify AI opportunities with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders.
• Deliver strategic AI programs with quality, speed, scalability, and measurable ROI.
• Support sales and business development through pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and account expansion.
• Attract, develop, and retain technical talent across AI, data, software, and architecture.
• Represent Accellor through forums, events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of technology, AI, data, product engineering, or consulting experience, including 8+ years leading an AI team.
• Experience as an AI Architect, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead, Data & AI Leader, or equivalent in consulting or services.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, machine learning, data engineering, and cloud platforms.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from proof of concept to production scale and leading large technology organizations.
• Enterprise client-facing and C-suite stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding of growth, revenue, margins, delivery, and commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and executive leadership capabilities.
• Engineering or technology degree is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Industry experience in SaaS, IT services, enterprise technology, e-commerce, Martech, digital products, or AI-first organizations is preferred.
• Center of Excellence building or scaling experience is advantageous.
