About the Role
Amazon Prime seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical for Prime Payments to manage roadmaps, priorities, and vision of Prime payment method expansion. You will act as a single threaded leader, define the three-year plan, and lead ideation, design, development, and management of Prime payments strategy.

- Deliver and execute on a three year vision for the global Prime payment charter
- Develop product and solution requirements, launch new experiences and use cases, and lead expansion to global locales
- Develop/socialize customer insights and market trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, surfacing key trends/insights early and providing data driven recommendations
- Improve Prime members' paying experience
- Act as a global payments leader, identifying opportunities across all Prime footprint countries
- Partner closely with Prime (and external) Tech, UX, and other non tech teams to deliver effective payment solutions globally
- Audit key metrics and draw insights to gain roadmap prioritization and drive alignment with senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning

- The key day to day responsibility of this role includes managing roadmaps, priorities, and vision of Prime payment method expansion, unlocking member growth.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Master's degree
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers, or experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is 128,100.00 214,000.00 CAD annually.
- Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
- Benefits include health insurance, RRSP, DPSP, paid time off, and other resources.
