About the Role
Sanabil Studio is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product execution across multiple ventures. You will drive product direction, conduct discovery sprints, and own end-to-end product development from PRDs to launch.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with studio leadership to shape product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses
- Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product market fit
- Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions
- Own the end to end product development process from PRDs and wireframes through to launch
- Write clear product requirements and collaborate closely with designers and engineers
- Use product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and integrate third party APIs, SaaS tools, and low code solutions
- Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates
- Mentor junior product team members on best practices and lean experimentation
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience in early stage startups, venture studios, or high growth environments
- Experience building and launching MVPs from scratch
- Technical fluency to collaborate on system architecture, APIs, and data models
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Strong user empathy and disciplined prioritization skills

- Can manage multiple ventures at different stages.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
