Job Description
- Senior Product Manager – Online Business Banking (Commercial Banking), BMO.
- Leads strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enhancements to BMO’s online business banking platform for Commercial Banking clients.
- Drives digital capabilities supporting cash management, payments, onboarding, reporting, entitlements, and API enabled experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy for online business banking enhancements aligned with Commercial Banking goals, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
- Develop and maintain a multi year roadmap covering platform modernization, feature enhancements, and new digital capabilities.
- Identify emerging trends in commercial digital banking, embedded banking, APIs, and treasury management.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Lead end to end delivery of platform enhancements from concept to launch, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business value.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product backlog for cross functional agile teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years as a Product Manager.
- Big 5 Banking Experience.
- Complex, large scale mobile application project experience.
- End to end product delivery lifecycle with a focus on strategy and roadmapping.
- Commercial/Business banking.
Rate
- CAD 74 84/hr.
Contract
- 6 months + long term extensions/conversion to FTE.
- Hybrid: 2 3x on site.
