- 5+ years of Canadian Wealth Management experience
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle including order initiation, rebalancing, trade desk operations, execution, and posting
- Knowledge of portfolio management concepts including cash management, IPS, rebalancing, positions, market value, and performance metrics
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements with business and technology stakeholders
- Hands on use of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve productivity, research, or requirements gathering
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid environments

Overview
- Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Canadian Wealth Management expertise to support a major trading platform modernization initiative.
- This individual will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze trading and portfolio management processes, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Canadian Wealth Management experience.
