Responsibilities
- Lead the transition from a fragmented lead ID system to a unique customer record
- Execute and refine strategy to migrate BUs from disparate tools into core CRM environment without disrupting operational velocity
- Spend deep time with each Business Unit to understand their customers and unique workflows
- Design a framework where BUs have autonomy to manage specific processes while maintaining control over core data schema and global integrations
- Own the roadmap for how the CRM integrates with marketing automation, customer support (Intercom), etc.
- Guide a squad of developers and analysts towards a product led approach measured by adoption and data health
Requirements
- Systems thinker with experience managing complex CRM transformations (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Data modeling authority: ability to differentiate contact from lead, solve unique ID problem across platforms
- Stakeholder diplomacy: ability to handle BU leaders and find middle ground while preserving system health
- Technical literacy: able to discuss API limitations, data triggers, and schema design with engineers
- Obsession with adoption: satisfied only when BU is using the feature correctly and data is clean
- Experience migrating people away from spreadsheets and disparate tools into a centralized system (nice to have)
- Deep familiarity with Intercom, Hubspot, or MoEngage (nice to have)
- Experience using Jira/Linear to manage a technical roadmap (nice to have)
- Experience working in an organization with at least 3 5 distinct revenue streams or business units (nice to have)

About the role
- We are at a turning point. Four main Business Units operate as high growth entities with their own tools, data structures, and sources of truth (Salesforce, Airtable, spreadsheets).
- As Product Manager for the CRM Team, you will lead the CRM team to build a single source of truth, moving from a lead ID world to a single customer world.
- Reporting directly to our CTO, you will embed yourself with the BUs, understand their workflows, and build a robust yet flexible system.
What you'll be doing
- Identity Resolution & Data Architecture: Lead transition from fragmented lead ID system to unique customer record.
- Platform Consolidation: Execute strategy to migrate BUs from disparate tools into core CRM environment without disrupting operational velocity.
- Customer Obsessed Discovery: Spend deep, quality time with each Business Unit to understand customers and unique workflows.
- Governance & Self Service: Design framework where BUs have autonomy while you maintain control over core data schema and global integrations.
- Ecosystem Integration: Own roadmap for CRM integration with marketing automation, customer support (Intercom), etc.
- Team Leadership: Guide a squad of developers and analysts towards a product led approach measured by adoption and data health.
What we're looking for

- Migration Veteran: Worked in high growth environment migrating people from spreadsheets and disparate tools into centralized system.
- Marketing & Support Stack Expertise: Deep familiarity with Intercom, Hubspot, or MoEngage and how they sync with core CRM.
- Product Management Tooling: Experience using Jira/Linear to manage technical roadmap while maintaining clear north star.
- Scale: Experience working in organization with at least 3 5 distinct revenue streams or business units.
