About the role

  • We are at a turning point. Four main Business Units operate as high growth entities with their own tools, data structures, and sources of truth (Salesforce, Airtable, spreadsheets).
  • As Product Manager for the CRM Team, you will lead the CRM team to build a single source of truth, moving from a lead ID world to a single customer world.
  • Reporting directly to our CTO, you will embed yourself with the BUs, understand their workflows, and build a robust yet flexible system.

What you'll be doing

  • Identity Resolution & Data Architecture: Lead transition from fragmented lead ID system to unique customer record.
  • Platform Consolidation: Execute strategy to migrate BUs from disparate tools into core CRM environment without disrupting operational velocity.
  • Customer Obsessed Discovery: Spend deep, quality time with each Business Unit to understand customers and unique workflows.
  • Governance & Self Service: Design framework where BUs have autonomy while you maintain control over core data schema and global integrations.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Own roadmap for CRM integration with marketing automation, customer support (Intercom), etc.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a squad of developers and analysts towards a product led approach measured by adoption and data health.

What we're looking for

  • Systems Thinker: You build for how information moves through a company; ideally managed a complex CRM transformation (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Data Modeling Authority: Can differentiate contact from lead, experience with data modeling and solving unique ID problem across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Handle frustrated BU leaders, listen and find middle ground, but not afraid to say no to preserve system health.
  • Technical Literacy: Able to discuss API limitations, data triggers, and schema design with data engineers and CRM developers.
  • Obsession with Adoption: Satisfied only when BU is using the feature correctly and data is clean.

Nice to have

  • Migration Veteran: Worked in high growth environment migrating people from spreadsheets and disparate tools into centralized system.
  • Marketing & Support Stack Expertise: Deep familiarity with Intercom, Hubspot, or MoEngage and how they sync with core CRM.
  • Product Management Tooling: Experience using Jira/Linear to manage technical roadmap while maintaining clear north star.
  • Scale: Experience working in organization with at least 3 5 distinct revenue streams or business units.
