Responsibilities
- Set the marketing strategy for Proptech, including audience targeting, storytelling, and funnel mapping
- Make investment decisions on brand vs. lead generation using funnel data
- Own the Proptech brand and its positioning
- Translate strategy into an execution roadmap aligned with product and engineering
- Own and allocate the Proptech marketing budget and be accountable for returns
- Write blogs, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, and website messaging
- Own analytics and measurement: funnel conversion, cost per disbursal, campaign ROI
- Run lifecycle and CRM marketing, including nurture sequences and retention campaigns
- Stay close to other business units and central marketing to ensure brand consistency
- Brief central marketing for paid media, visual design, and social media management
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in marketing with experience in brand/positioning and performance/growth
- Track record of building a brand's positioning and go to market from close to scratch
- Comfortable owning a budget and being judged on returns
- Strong writer able to point to personally written content
- Strong with data and funnel conversion numbers
- Good judgment and strong stakeholder instincts
- Proptech, fintech or real estate background is a plus
- Experience marketing a considered purchase or high trust product (e.g., mortgages, insurance, wealth, healthcare)
- Experience working with a central or shared marketing team
- Exposure to UAE or wider MENA real estate and regulatory environment
- Hands on experience with CRM and lifecycle tooling such as HubSpot
- Comfortable on camera and social media

About PRYPCO and the Role
- PRYPCO is a Dubai based proptech company transforming real estate investment through fractional ownership, blockchain enabled tokenization, and end to end property services.
- Proptech is the team behind the full homeownership path, including mortgage pre approval, property matching, and long term ownership.
- We are hiring a dedicated Senior Marketing Manager to own branding and marketing for this business end to end.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set the marketing strategy for Proptech: decide which audiences we go after first, what story we tell them, and how that maps onto the funnel.
- Make the case to the GM/CRO on when to invest in brand and education vs. lead generation using funnel data.
- Own the Proptech brand and its positioning.
- Translate strategy into an execution roadmap sequenced against product and engineering.
- Own and allocate the Proptech marketing budget and be accountable for returns.
- Write a meaningful share of the content yourself, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, campaign copy and website messaging.
- Own analytics and measurement: funnel conversion, cost per disbursal, campaign ROI.
- Run lifecycle and CRM marketing, including nurture sequences, re engagement and retention campaigns.
- Stay close to other business units and central marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Understand all marketing channels and rely on central marketing for paid execution, visual design, CRM administration, and social media management.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 12 years in marketing with real experience on both brand/positioning and performance/growth.
- Track record of building a brand's positioning and go to market from close to scratch.
- Comfortable owning a budget and being judged on what it returns.
- A genuine writer able to point to content you personally wrote and shaped.
- Strong with data; read funnel and conversion numbers fluently.
- Good judgment and strong stakeholder instincts.
- Proptech, fintech or real estate background is a plus.
