- Own product strategy and execution for CoLab's AutoReview capabilities
- Partner closely with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to define and ship intelligent workflow experiences
- Identify high value opportunities for automation and AI assisted decision making within engineering reviews
- Conduct deep customer research to understand workflow pain points, trust barriers, and adoption patterns
- Define product requirements and make prioritization trade offs across UX, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product effectiveness and customer outcomes
- Help shape CoLab's long term AI product strategy
- Collaborate cross functionally with GTM teams to support launches, positioning, and customer adoption
- Drive clarity and momentum in highly ambiguous problem spaces
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products
- Experience building AI enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation driven products is required
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with highly technical Engineering teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast moving, ambiguous environments
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value

About the Role
- We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the most ambitious bets at CoLab: building AI powered review systems.
- This team owns AutoReview — the capabilities that proactively surface risks, patterns, missing context, and engineering concerns.
- You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, ML/AI teams, and customers to determine how to create tools that deliver real customer value.
