About the Role
Magnet Forensics is looking for a Senior Product Manager for its Axiom digital forensics platform. You will own a core part of the platform, bringing AI-native capabilities to investigators worldwide.

- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for your area of Axiom
- Identify, validate, and ship AI native and agentic capabilities for Axiom
- Partner with engineering and data science on artifact parsing, data ingestion, processing performance, and scale
- Develop deep expertise in digital forensic analysis and data sources
- Engage customers through interviews, onsite visits, and workshops for continuous discovery
- Own activation, onboarding, and depth of use; reduce time to insight
- Partner with go to market and growth to expand usage and support upgrade motions
- Instrument the product, define metrics, and run experimentation practice
- Define clear customer and business outcomes and convert them into requirements and deliverables
- Contribute to positioning, pricing, launch readiness, and sales enablement
- Ensure Axiom delivers seamless value as part of the broader Magnet platform
- Give clear, outcome focused updates to executives and cross functional partners
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with significant ownership of complex, technical products (data intensive, platform, or systems software preferred)
- AI native operator: fluent with current AI tools and prompt engineering
- Technical depth: comfortable going deep with engineering on architecture, data processing, performance, scalability
- Skilled in continuous discovery and validation, with genuine customer empathy
- Demonstrated track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and expansion
- Fluent with product analytics and experimentation
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to customers, executives, and internal audiences
- Business acumen: able to weigh customer impact against long term business value
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technology related program, or equivalent practical experience

Role Overview
- Magnet AXIOM is the flagship digital forensics platform used by investigators worldwide.
- As Senior Product Manager, Axiom, you will own a core part of the platform and bring AI native capabilities to the product.
- You will translate customer and forensic domain understanding into product vision and executable plans.
What You'll Do
- Own the roadmap: define and drive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Bring AI into Axiom: identify, validate, and ship AI native and agentic capabilities.
- Go deep technically: partner with engineering and data science on artifact parsing, data ingestion, processing performance.
- Become a domain SME: develop deep expertise in digital forensic analysis and data sources.
- Run continuous discovery: engage customers through interviews, onsite visits, workshops.
- Drive adoption: own activation, onboarding, depth of use.
- Drive growth: partner with go to market and growth to expand usage.
- Decide with data: instrument product, define metrics, run experimentation.
- Translate outcomes into delivery: define outcomes and convert into requirements.
- Support go to market: contribute to positioning, pricing, launch readiness.
- Drive ecosystem value: ensure Axiom integrates across the portfolio.
- Communicate with clarity: give outcome focused updates to executives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in product management with significant ownership of complex, technical products.
- AI native operator (required): fluent with current AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Technical depth: comfortable with engineering on architecture, data processing, performance, scalability.
- Discovery and customer empathy: skilled in continuous discovery and validation.
- Adoption and growth: track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, expansion.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in technology related program, or equivalent.
Nice To Have Skills
- Prior experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cybersecurity, or Law Enforcement.
- Experience building or shipping AI native or agentic product capabilities.
- Experience with data intensive products involving parsing, search, large scale processing.
- Comfort building working prototypes or demos with AI app builders and coding copilots.
- Familiarity with Agile development and tooling such as Jira, Aha, Amplitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- CAD 110,000 to CAD 160,000 (CDN) a year.
