Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for agentic experiences across the portfolio
- Design and deliver AI native products including agents, copilots, and human in the loop workflows
- Treat governance as an enforced constraint with hard limits, output verification, and auditability
- Own activation, onboarding, and path to habitual use for AI products
- Build and instrument growth loops, expansion, and retention
- Instrument every experience and run disciplined experimentation
- Engage customers through interviews, onsite visits, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Develop deep expertise in DFIR and agentic AI landscape
Requirements
- 7 10 years in product management, ideally with enterprise SaaS, including meaningful time on AI or ML powered products
- Experience building and shipping agentic or AI native product experiences in production
- AI native operator: uses AI as a default part of workflow
- Demonstrated track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and growth
- Fluent with product analytics and experimentation
- Skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques
- Technical acumen to partner with engineering and data science on AI system design

Role Overview
- Magnet Forensics is building the next generation of AI native, agentic capabilities across its DFIR portfolio.
- As Product Management Lead, Agentic AI, you will drive strategy and execution for agentic product experiences.
- This is a high impact individual contributor role for a builder energized by frontier AI.
What You'll Do
- Drive the agentic strategy: product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Build agentic experiences that ship: agents, copilots, human in the loop workflows.
- Make autonomy trustworthy with governance as an enforced constraint.
- Drive product adoption for AI: activation, onboarding, habitual use.
- Drive growth: build growth loops, expansion, retention.
- Decide with data: instrument experiences, run A/B tests, funnels, cohort analysis.
- Run continuous discovery with customers and prospects.
- Master the market: deep expertise in DFIR and agentic AI landscape.
- Navigate competing priorities with thoughtful tradeoffs.
- Drive clarity: break ambiguous problems into structured plans.
- Lead strategic visibility and alignment with outcome focused updates.
- Collaborate across teams: engineering, UX, data science, peer PMs.
What We're Looking For
- Agentic AI experience: built and shipped agentic or AI native product experiences in production.
- AI native operator: uses AI as default part of work.
- 7 10 years in product management with enterprise SaaS and AI/ML experience.
- Demonstrated track record driving product adoption and growth.
- Data driven decision making: fluent with product analytics and experimentation.
- Skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques.
- Technical acumen to partner on AI system design.
- Analytical mindset: interpret market data, customer insight, usage metrics.
- Influence and communication: collaborate with technical teams and executives.
- Ownership mindset: champion for product, anticipate challenges, drive momentum.
Compensation & Benefits
- CAD 175,000 CAD 225,000 a year (CDN) or CAD 150,000 CAD 200,000 (USD).
