- Design and deliver AI native products (agents, copilots, human in the loop workflows) that are reliable and production grade
- Define hard limits, output verification, reversibility, escalation paths, and auditability for agentic experiences
- Own activation, onboarding, and path to habitual use for AI products
- Build and instrument growth loops, expansion, and retention
- Instrument every experience, define metrics, and run experimentation practice
- Engage customers through interviews, onsite visits, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Develop deep expertise in DFIR, agentic AI landscape, competitive dynamics
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, trust, and timelines
- Break ambiguous problem spaces into structured, actionable plans
- Track metrics and give clear, outcome focused updates to executives
- Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and peer PMs to deliver intuitive experiences
Requirements
- 7 10 years in product management, ideally with enterprise SaaS, including meaningful time on AI or ML powered products
- Built and shipped agentic or AI native product experiences in production
- AI native operator: fluent with current AI tools and prompt engineering
- Demonstrated track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, and growth
- Fluent with product analytics and experimentation
- Skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques
- Able to partner closely with engineering and data science on AI system design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Role Overview
- Magnet Forensics is building the next generation of AI native, agentic capabilities across its DFIR portfolio.
- As Product Management Lead, Agentic AI, you will drive strategy and execution for agentic product experiences across the Magnet portfolio.
- This is a high impact individual contributor role for a builder focused on adoption, growth, and outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Drive the agentic strategy: product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Build agentic experiences that ship: agents, copilots, human in the loop workflows.
- Make autonomy trustworthy: define hard limits, output verification, reversibility, escalation paths, auditability.
- Drive product adoption for AI: activation, onboarding, habitual use.
- Drive growth: build growth loops, expansion, retention.
- Decide with data: instrument experiences, define metrics, run A/B tests, funnels, cohort analysis.
- Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, onsite visits, workshops.
- Master the market: develop expertise in DFIR, agentic AI landscape, competitive dynamics.
- Navigate competing priorities: make tradeoffs across scope, quality, trust, timelines.
- Drive clarity: break ambiguous problems into structured plans.
- Lead strategic visibility: track metrics, give outcome focused updates.

What We’re Looking For
- Agentic AI experience (required): built and shipped agentic or AI native product experiences in production.
- AI native operator (required): fluent with current AI tools and prompt engineering.
- Experience: 7 10 years in product management, ideally with enterprise SaaS, including AI/ML powered products.
- Adoption and growth: track record driving product adoption, activation, retention, growth.
- Data driven decision making: fluent with product analytics and experimentation.
- Product discovery: skilled in continuous discovery and validation techniques.
- Technical acumen: able to partner with engineering and data science on AI system design.
- Analytical mindset: skilled at interpreting market data, customer insight, usage metrics.
- Influence and communication: strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ownership mindset: champion for product, anticipate challenges, drive momentum.
Nice To Have Skills
- Industry experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, cybersecurity, or other regulated domains.
- Hands on experience with modern AI tooling and patterns (LLM orchestration, RAG, agent frameworks, evaluations, guardrails).
- Familiarity with AI governance, safety, or responsible AI practices.
- Experience building within On Premise and Hybrid Deployment models.
- Experience with Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, or Continuous Discovery.
- Comfort building working prototypes or demos with AI app builders and coding copilots.
- Experience in Agile development and familiarity with Jira, Aha, Amplitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- CAD 175,000 CAD 225,000 (CDN) a year
- CAD 150,000 CAD 200,000 (USD) a year
