Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- At least 5 years in fintech, regtech, payment systems, or crypto solutions
- Proven experience managing product SDLC, including roadmap ownership, vendor management, and delivery governance
- Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory compliance, payments infrastructure, and emerging crypto/CBDC ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to balance business strategy and technical feasibility

The Opportunity
- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in fintech, regtech, payments, or crypto to lead the development, governance, and execution of mission critical financial technology solutions.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle (SDLC), coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high quality delivery of complex solutions—many of which involve vendor driven components.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with hands on execution skills who can validate, govern, and guide products in the right direction while gradually transitioning ownership into in house IP.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CBUAE stakeholders, project management team, and external vendors to define priorities, requirements, and milestones, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with both client needs and organizational strategy.

Requirements
