- Lead, coach, and develop AI engineering teams, driving performance and capability building
- Define and execute AI strategy and portfolio prioritization aligned to business objectives
- Oversee delivery of multiple AI initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and risk control
- Manage delivery risks related to data readiness, model performance, integration, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver scalable AI products and solutions
- Engage with stakeholders and clients, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and security
- Comply with QHSE, Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or related technology domains
- Proven experience managing engineering or AI teams
- Strong experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production environments
- Solid understanding of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI systems
- Experience defining AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritizing multiple initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, enterprise or client facing environments
