- Implement go to market sales and business development strategies
- Oversee contractual agreements with client entities
- Plan and oversee demand generation activities and identify opportunities in assigned accounts
- Find, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities at strategic accounts
- Write and manage proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain and update annual account plans
- Provide intelligence on competition moves to leadership
- Generate and achieve monthly region/segment forecasts and exceed targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology or equivalent
- 12+ years of business development, service and/or solution sales, account management experience
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B/Enterprise sales
- Proven Business Development or Inside sales experience
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Align with Business Development leadership on assigned accounts.
- Oversee contractual agreements with client entities.
- Plan and oversee demand generation activities and early identification of opportunities.
- Find, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities at strategic accounts.
- Proper handover of won opportunities to delivery teams.
- Accountable for penetrating and building an active customer base.
- Write and manage proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Help identify product and service gaps based on market feedback.
- Accountable for Sales Forecasts and end to end opportunity management.
- Maintain and update annual account plans.
- Close integration with Ecosystems partner team.
- Provide inputs to marketing on needed activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business operations, Information Technology or equivalent.
- 12+ years of business development, service and/or solution sales, account management experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B/Enterprise sales.
- Proven Business Development or Inside sales experience.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Intricate familiarity with procurement processes
- Proven track record of large scale enterprise sales to government or commercial institutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
