About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer for our Fintech business, focusing on digital, fractional ownership of real estate.
What you'll be doing
- Own outcomes, not outputs: Design aiming for success in customer and business terms.
- Design with the customer at the center: Spend real time with users and translate their problems into product solutions.
- Raise the craft bar: Bring a strong point of view on interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking.
- Set sharp design and product KPIs: Every initiative starts with a hypothesis and a measurable outcome.
- Drive end-to-end outcomes cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance.
- Design for trust and regulation, not around it: Design onboarding, KYC, and investment flows that are simple and clear.
- Reimagine, don't refine: Challenge how things are done and propose meaningful alternatives.
What we're looking for
- High ownership: Think of yourself as the founding team member of the investor experience.
- Data-driven: Make design decisions based on what moves the needle on goals.
- Genuine customer empathy: Articulate the customer's actual problems in their words.
