Role Overview
Own the end-to-end processing of Golden Visa applications from medical scheduling through visa issuance.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies in a high-volume, detail-critical process involving client data, government applications, and vendor payments.
Accuracy at first pass is prioritized over speed.
Responsibilities
- Process Golden Visa applications end to end and coordinate medical appointments and visa progression with external agencies.
- Track documents sent to and returned from vendors, chase overdue cases, and escalate delays before they reach clients.
- Validate vendor, agent, and broker invoices and process vendor payouts and referrer commissions through confirmed payment.
- Maintain accurate case records in Salesforce and operational trackers.
- Produce conversion reports and lot allocations accurately and on schedule.
- Complete month-end closure activities for the business unit.
- Support attestation, POA, valuation, and Will Services filings.
Requirements
- Have at least three years of experience in operations, visa services, document processing, or a comparable process-driven role.
- Experience with UAE government portals and processes such as GDRFA, DLD, ADJD, or similar is preferred.
