About the Role
Docebo is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the AI Experience for their learning platform. You will architect AI-assisted workflows, design high-clarity generated-output experiences, and establish global design patterns.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end design for complex AI assisted workflows from strategic problem framing to shipped product
- Design high clarity generated output experiences that show users what was created and what step to take next
- Establish and scale reusable global design patterns for AI review states, approval loops, data source visibility, recovery paths, and privacy safeguards
- Code or construct high fidelity prototypes of complex AI behaviors early in the cycle
- Shape microcopy and UX writing for AI moments, ensuring errors and status messages feel human
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to break down technical complexity into elegant product experiences
- Conduct implementation reviews with Engineering to polish the AI experience before production
Requirements
- Senior level mastery with a track record of designing complex, workflow heavy systems within B2B SaaS, enterprise, or platform products
- Proven ability to make sound design decisions with incomplete or shifting technical data
- Portfolio demonstrating end to end interaction design and system maps
- Experience designing for edge cases like permissions, recovery states, error handling
- Regular use of next gen AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a multiplier
- Strong communication skills with ability to back design choices with user insights and business value
- Working command of responsive design, localization, design systems, and accessibility compliance

- As our Senior Product Designer for AI Experience, you will own the critical, high trust moments where administrators, creators, and learners interact with generated outputs, evaluate suggestions, and take confident action.
The Day to Day
- Architect the Ecosystem: Lead the end to end design for complex, AI assisted workflows from strategic problem framing all the way through to shipped product excellence.
- Demystify the Output: Design beautiful, high clarity generated output experiences that elegantly show users what was created, what data informed it, and what step to take next.
- Build the AI Blueprint: Establish and scale reusable, global design patterns for AI review states, approval loops, data source visibility, recovery paths, and critical user privacy safeguards.
- Prototype at Speed: Code or construct high fidelity prototypes of complex AI behaviors early in the cycle, enabling teams to pressure test and evaluate product direction before engineering commits.
- Master Product Language: Shape the microcopy and UX writing for intricate AI moments, ensuring errors, status messages, generation guidance, and empty states feel incredibly human.
- Collaborate as Peers: Partner lock step with Product, Engineering, and specialized AI teams to break down massive technical complexity into visible trade offs and elegant product experiences.
- Safeguard the Craft: Conduct meticulous implementation reviews with Engineering partners to polish, tweak, and perfect the AI experience before it hits production.
