Job Summary
- The Revenue Enablement Lead is a strategic partner to the Professional Services organization.
- Responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs for SDMs, TDMs, Project Managers, and Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs including onboarding and ongoing training.
- Utilize backward planning approach to anticipate future enablement needs.
- Serve as primary point of contact between Professional Services and other departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain project management dashboard for visibility and accountability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an enablement or learning and development role, preferably with a focus on technical or post sales teams.

Compensation Range
- CACAD 78.3K CACAD 100K
Hybrid Work Philosophy
