Job Summary

  • The Revenue Enablement Lead is a strategic partner to the Professional Services organization.
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs for SDMs, TDMs, Project Managers, and Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs including onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Utilize backward planning approach to anticipate future enablement needs.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between Professional Services and other departments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform knowledge into training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain project management dashboard for visibility and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an enablement or learning and development role, preferably with a focus on technical or post sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • High proactivity and ability to drive projects forward.
  • Strong organizational skills with methodical approach to project management.

Compensation Range

  • CACAD 78.3K CACAD 100K

Hybrid Work Philosophy

  • Three days a week in the office (Tuesday Thursday) for collaboration.
