About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, own, and execute a best in class 30/60/90 day onboarding program that quickly accelerates new BDRs to full productivity
- Conduct engaging, hands on training sessions covering cold calling, prospecting strategies, objection handling, discovery techniques, and tech stack mastery
- Partner with BDR Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to identify skill gaps and facilitate targeted workshops and coaching sessions
- Organize and maintain a centralized content repository with tailored sales playbooks, scripts, email templates, and battle cards
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical product releases and competitive intelligence into actionable sales content
- Establish clear enablement success metrics and analyze performance data to prove program impact
- Administer the BDR certification program to ensure consistent skill application before promotion
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a similar training and development role with a strong focus on the Business Development/SDR function
- Proven track record of success as a top performing BDR or Junior Account Executive earlier in your career
- Deep understanding of the BDR motion, modern prospecting techniques, and best practices for high velocity pipeline generation
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
- Strong hands on experience with modern sales engagement platforms and CRM systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce
- Stellar project management and organizational skills to manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously

- Step into a high impact, hands on role as our Enablement Lead, Business Development, where you will be the dedicated strategic partner responsible for elevating the performance and productivity of our global BDR and SDR teams.
- You will own the full enablement lifecycle, transforming how we onboard, train, and develop top tier sales talent from day one through continuous content mastery.
The Day to Day
- Architect the Future: Design, own, and execute a best in class 30/60/90 day onboarding program that quickly accelerates new BDRs to full productivity.
- Command the Classroom: Conduct engaging, hands on training sessions covering cold calling, prospecting strategies, objection handling, discovery techniques, and mastery of our tech stack (including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator).
- Drive the Coaching Culture: Partner with BDR Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to identify skill gaps, facilitating targeted workshops and coaching sessions.
- Curate the Arsenal: Organize and maintain a centralized content repository packed with tailored sales playbooks, scripts, email templates, and battle cards.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with Product Marketing to seamlessly translate technical product releases, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives into actionable sales content.
- Measure the Magic: Establish clear enablement success metrics and analyze performance data to prove program impact.
- Champion Readiness: Administer the BDR certification program, ensuring consistent skill application before reps are eligible for promotion.
