About the Role

- Coordinate and execute procurement, strategic sourcing & category management activities
- Manage tendering process from preparation to contract drafting and negotiation
- Facilitate supplier registration, pre qualification, and performance management
- Administer contracts management including compliance, claims, and closure
- Provide supply market insights and data to business stakeholders
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP) and e procurement platforms for tendering and PO management
- Prepare departmental statements and reports timely and accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Specialty in Maintenance services and Turnaround tenders and contracts management
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Computer literate

Job Purpose
- To coordinate and execute various procurement, strategic sourcing & category management activities & processes pertaining to strategic sourcing and category management related tasks, tendering and contracts administration, supplier performance management and contract management according to the inte
Key Accountabilities
- Maintenance services and Turnaround tenders and contracts management.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (preferred). The candidate must be holding Engineering degree either Mechanical or Electrical with minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Procurement.
- Minimum Experience: 7 years' experience in Procurement areas, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with specialty in Maintenance services and Turnaround tenders and contracts management.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (for MRO and Chemical groups) or Business Administration for other related groups.
- Minimum Experience: 10 15 years experience in related areas, preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with specialty in Maintenance services and Turnaround tenders and contracts management.
- Hands on operations and / or production experience in the same industry is desirable
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate.
Job Specific Skills
- Strategic Sourcing: Study and support to prepare demand analysis report, develop supply analysis reports, support in preparation of category's sourcing strategy, manage tendering process, track implementation plan.
- Supplier Management: Facilitate supplier registration & pre qualification, analyse and assign supplier segmentation, implement and track supplier performance management.
- Contracts Management: Administer and facilitate contracts management activities.
- Business Stakeholders Support: Provide timely supply market insights.
- SAP and e procurement: Fully utilize ERP systems and e procurement platform.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Provide inputs and implement departmental policies.
- Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment: Ensure compliance to relevant procedures.
- Statement and Reports: Prepare departmental statements and reports.
- Related Assignments: Perform other related duties as directed.
