D1 Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Procurement Officer in Dubai.
The role strengthens procurement operations, improves efficiency, supports strategic sourcing, and contributes to supplier and market management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor procurement performance and prepare regular reports and analysis.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier evaluation activities.
- Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking.
- Improve procurement efficiency and reduce processing time.
- Provide analytical and commercial input to procurement decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Coordinate with departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide operational procurement support for day-to-day decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree; Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial, and commercial skills.
- Experience in procurement performance monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, market research, and supplier benchmarking.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Preferred Certification
- CIPS, CPSM, or CPP certification is preferred.
