- Develop and implement the Procurement Strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop category management strategies for all spend categories
- Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive value creation through strategic sourcing and supplier innovation
- Lead the end to end procurement lifecycle including planning, market analysis, sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier onboarding
- Provide commercial leadership by reviewing terms, negotiating contracts, managing contract lifecycle, and developing SLAs and KPIs
- Develop long term strategic supplier partnerships and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, corporate governance, local regulations, and ethical practices
- Identify and manage supplier, contract, market, supply chain, commercial, and compliance risks
- Develop and implement category strategies covering FM, MEP, hard FM, soft FM, spare parts, consumables, IT, consultancy, professional services, corporate services, fleet & transportation, and capital projects
- Build effective working relationships with executive management, operations, project teams, legal, HR, HSE, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Lead and develop the Procurement and Commercial team, coach and mentor professionals, conduct performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or Commerce
- Professional qualifications preferred: CIPS, CPPM, CICCM, or MBA
- 8+ years of Procurement and Commercial experience
- Minimum 5 years in a management role
- Experience in Facilities Management, asset management or Property Services
- GCC experience preferred
- Strong experience managing procurement
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations
- Experience managing high value and complex procurement projects
- Knowledge of ERP and eProcurement systems

Role Purpose
