Role overview
G2 Technology Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Executive for its channel sales and export business.
The role leads procurement activities, sourcing strategy, vendor management, and purchase order execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies using sales demand, inventory requirements, and export needs.
- Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, commercial terms, lead-time management, and vendor performance reviews.
- Plan procurement and forecasting using ERP and sales pipeline data.
- Prepare purchase orders and obtain required Finance and management approvals.
- Monitor open POs, delivery schedules, backorders, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate freight forwarders, customs agents, and import/export documentation.
- Work with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Finance on procurement and inventory needs.
- Review stock levels, recommend reorder points, and manage liquidation strategies.
- Coordinate and approve RMA requests with Warehouse and Logistics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE import/export requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
