Company Overview
G2 Technology Trading LLC is an IT hardware distributor and reseller based in Dubai.
The company serves channel sales partners across the UAE, Africa, and CIS markets.
Role Overview
Support the Procurement function as an IT Purchase Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders through the ERP system.
- Obtain vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Coordinate vendor pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and purchase-order follow-up.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
- Assist with import documentation, shipment tracking, inventory replenishment, and RMA processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of procurement or purchasing experience is required, preferably in IT hardware or technology.
- Current UAE availability and relevant UAE procurement experience are required.
- Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or a similar ERP system is required.
- Good knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management is required.
