Core duties:
• Coordinate supplier activities to ensure delivery schedules, quality requirements, and invoicing processes are achieved in line with programme needs
• Oversee order book performance through regular reviews, maintaining accurate ERP data, monitoring delivery status, and resolving supplier and stakeholder queries
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure material and service requirements are understood and delivered to support customer commitments
• Build and maintain effective supplier relationships through regular engagement, meetings, and visits across UK and international supply bases
• Assess supplier performance data and trends, identifying risks, driving improvements, and supporting the successful delivery of procurement values

Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders, the team manages multi-faceted order books, drives procurement performance, ensures governance and compliance, and supports continuous improvement across the wider Air business.
