- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Issue and manage purchase orders and supplier contracts
- Monitor procurement schedules, deliveries, and supplier performance
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Projects, QA/QC, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, reports, and ERP documentation
- Support cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement risk management
Requirements
- Prior experience in the furniture industry or manufacturing company
- Experience in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers
- Ability to prepare RFQs/RFPs and negotiate pricing
- Experience with purchase orders and supplier contracts
- Coordination with design, production, QA/QC, logistics, and finance teams
