- Manage multiple interior fit out projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget
- Lead site teams, including Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Quality Controllers
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project specifications
- Monitor procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and long lead items
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management
- Review and approve subcontractor work, invoices, and project variations
- Resolve technical and commercial issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple interior fit out projects from initiation to completion
- Ability to develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
- Ability to lead site teams including Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Quality Controllers
- Knowledge of drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Strong problem solving and risk mitigation skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
