- Develop enterprise level process architecture covering governance, approvals, escalation, oversight, and reporting functions
- Produce detailed workflows for end to end governance and PMO processes
- Develop role level RACI matrices across client, PMO, consultant, contractor, and authority interfaces
- Prepare Business Process Cards linking workflows, templates, KPIs, and system requirements
- Embed Delegation of Authority and approval thresholds into workflow designs
- Review existing client procedures and support gap analysis and future state process design
- Coordinate with governance, PMIS, controls, and reporting teams to ensure integrated process outputs
- Ensure all process artefacts are sufficiently defined for PMIS configuration and workflow automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process architecture, PMO process design, programme governance support, PMIS business analysis, or operating model implementation
- Proven experience in business process architecture, workflow design, or PMO process development
- Ability to map complex approval, governance, and reporting processes in a structured format
- Experience developing RACI matrices, process maps, and controlled documentation
- Strong understanding of how processes translate into PMIS workflows, digital forms, and reporting systems
- Experience working in major capital project, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy environments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills

Job Description
- Senior Process Architect to support design and documentation of enterprise process architecture for a major PMO governance transformation programme.
- Translate governance strategy into executable process maps, workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, Business Process Cards, and PMIS ready artefacts.
