TARGET LEVELS & MANDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Executive Director: Minimum Book Size (AUM) USD 300 million+, Ticket Size USD 3–5 million minimum
- Managing Director: Minimum Book Size (AUM) USD 500 million+, Ticket Size USD 3–5 million minimum
- Candidates must come from an international private banking background.
MANDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Dubai
- Client Markets: All international markets — no domestic only books
- Minimum AUM: USD 300M (ED level) / USD 500M (MD level)
- Min. Ticket Size: USD 3–5 million per client
- Experience Required: 8–10 years of private banking experience
- Background: International private banking institutions only
- Team Hiring: Welcomed — bespoke commercial packages available
- Headcount & Budget: Open — no fixed cap
- Bonus: Fully discretionary
- Relocation: Available for candidates with a strong Middle East book
RELOCATION PACKAGE
- Return flights to Dubai for the candidate and immediate family members
- Full family medical coverage from day one of employment

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A minimum of 8–10 years’ private banking or wealth management experience with a proven, portable HNWI and UHNWI client book of USD 300M+ (ED) or USD 500M+ (MD)
- Coverage of any international private wealth market
- Minimum client ticket size of USD 3–5 million across a predominantly HNWI and UHNWI base
- A stable career history demonstrating long term client relationships
- Dubai based or genuinely open to relocating
- International private banking background from a globally recognised institution
- Teams of two or more bankers are actively encouraged
