Requirements
- Senior private banking experience with a clearly portable book and demonstrable long standing UHNW client relationships
- Coverage of one or more of: Arab market, European UHNW, African UHNW, or Asia ex NRI
- Strong track record in net new asset acquisition
- Experience working with cross border client sets and understanding of FI + EAM platform dynamics
- Comfort with a flexible, entrepreneurial culture
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to be permanently based in DIFC

The Role
- Build, manage and grow a portable UHNW client portfolio from the Dubai office, with primary coverage of the Arab market, European book or African UHNW segment
- Operate as a senior franchise builder within a flexible, entrepreneurial structure — bankers are expected to run their book as a business
- Leverage the firm's FI + EAM platform to deliver investment, advisory, lending and structured solutions that pure EAMs cannot match
- Originate net new business through your established network, leveraging BNY Mellon custodian credibility with sophisticated UHNW clients
What You'll Bring
- Senior private banking experience with a clearly portable book and demonstrable long standing UHNW client relationships
- Coverage of one or more of: Arab market, European UHNW, African UHNW (aspirational vertical) or Asia ex NRI (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China)
- Indicative book benchmarks: Director ~$50M, Executive Director ~$80M, Managing Director $100M+ (assessed case by case alongside revenue quality and client portability)
- Strong track record in net new asset acquisition — this is a build mandate, not a maintain mandate
- Experience working with cross border client sets and an understanding of FI + EAM platform dynamics
- Comfort with a flexible, entrepreneurial culture — bankers operate with autonomy and accountability rather than within a heavy bureaucratic process
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to be permanently based in DIFC
