Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients and family offices from Africa
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing bespoke wealth management, investment, lending, and wealth planning solutions
- Develop deep, multi generational relationships with client families
- Deliver tailored portfolio strategies, discretionary mandates, and alternative investment opportunities
- Provide guidance on succession planning, tax and estate structuring
- Coordinate cross border solutions, leveraging Dubai as a gateway for African wealth diversification
- Drive revenue growth and profitability in the Africa private banking business
- Lead origination initiatives, represent Africa in senior management forums, and contribute to overall strategy
- Mentor and develop junior relationship managers and assistants
- Ensure adherence to relevant African, UAE, and international regulatory standards
- Maintain the highest standards of risk management, ethics, and fiduciary duty
- Act as a senior escalation point for client or compliance matters
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in private banking/wealth management with a focus on Africa clients
- Proven track record of business origination and management of UHNW/HNW client portfolios
- In depth understanding of wealth management products, investment solutions, and family governance structures
- Excellent cross cultural communication and relationship skills
- Fluency in English and French (for Francophone Africa)

Role Overview

- Coordinate cross border solutions, leveraging Dubai as a gateway for African wealth diversification and global access.
Business Growth & Leadership
