Senior Principal Engineer, Physical Design Engineering

Own the Lifecycle : Lead SoC execution from initial concept through definition, tape-out, and final productization.

Optimize PPA : Ensure all silicon milestones meet strict Power, Performance, Area, and Cost (PPA) requirements.

Govern Silicon Sign-off : Drive final sign-off reviews for synthesis, DFT, constraints, timing closure, and physical design tape-out.

Unify Engineering Domains : Direct and collaborate closely with all core hardware engineering functions, including Design (RTL), Verification (DV), DFT, Physical Design (PD), Power, and Silicon Validation (SiVal).

Bridge Hardware and Software : Partner with software, systems, manufacturing, and program management to guarantee high-quality, first-time-right silicon success.

Manage Stakeholders : Lead executive decision-making, mitigate program risks, and manage communications across business units, product marketing, and customers.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductors design roles
