Requirements and Solution Definition

  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements and traceability matrices.
  • Define and prioritize use cases across digital solutions, microservices, AI, data, BI, and telecom domains.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, intelligent services, analytics, and customer experience enhancement.

Digital and Integration Architecture

  • Design end-to-end architectures covering applications, workflows, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Prepare high-level, logical, system-context, integration, deployment, and data-flow diagrams.
  • Design microservices using domain-driven design, API-first principles, and event-driven patterns.
  • Define APIs, service boundaries, integration contracts, containerization, orchestration, monitoring, security, and fault tolerance.
  • Recommend CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, API governance, and legacy-modernization approaches.

Artificial Intelligence Solutions

  • Identify practical AI and generative AI use cases and design architectures for machine learning, NLP, computer vision, forecasting, recommendations, and intelligent automation.
  • Define solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge bases, fine-tuning, and AI agents.
  • Define data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, governance, privacy, security, explainability, and human approval approaches.
  • Support AI demonstrations, pilots, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, infrastructure estimates, and measurable success criteria.

Data and Business Intelligence

  • Design BI, analytics, reporting, data visualization, data integration, processing, and pipeline solutions.
  • Design conceptual architectures for data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, operational data stores, and analytical platforms.
  • Define data sources, quality, metadata, master data, governance, access, lineage, retention, classification, and monitoring requirements.
  • Define dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, operational reports, self-service analytics, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.

Telecom Solutions

  • Design solutions for telecom operators, service providers, and communication organizations.
  • Address customer journeys, digital channels, customer care, billing, charging, order management, catalogues, payments, provisioning, inventory, faults, and service assurance.
  • Design integrations between digital channels, customer platforms, billing, order management, and network-service platforms.
  • Apply telecom APIs, TM Forum concepts, Open APIs, security, regulatory, data-residency, and operational requirements.

Technical Proposals and Commercial Support

  • Lead technical proposals and tender responses covering solution, architecture, scope, deliverables, methodology, schedule, team structure, assumptions, risks, service levels, security, support, training, and compliance.
  • Maintain traceability between customer requirements and proposed solutions and review contributions from internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Develop effort estimates, resource plans, role descriptions, competency requirements, person-day estimates, bills of quantities, and technical costing assumptions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical architecture capabilities across digital solutions, enterprise platforms, microservices, AI, data, analytics, BI, and telecom solutions.
  • Telecom industry knowledge, including customer-facing systems, billing, charging, order management, BSS, and OSS.
  • Experience developing technical proposals, tender responses, compliance matrices, and solution documentation.
  • Commercial awareness sufficient to support effort estimates, resource plans, bills of quantities, and technical costing assumptions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer presentation skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear, measurable, traceable technical requirements.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, observable, and cost-effective solutions.
