About The Role
You will be a part of the pre-sales team within the GCC region.
You will be working with Group-IB clients to deliver deployment and customization of solutions at the Customer’s site.
As a technical advisor to the client, you will make sure of successful solutions’ functioning and sales support to the team.
Your Mission
- Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders including field sales, channel partners, and other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including HLD, LLD, building BOQ, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
- Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB’s products
- Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical decision makers and influencers within the target customers this include but not limited to presenting and articulating our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels)
- Preparation of project documentation, including the sales bid process by responding to complex RFIs & RFPs.
- Elaboration with customers of the product implementation architecture.
- Project Management and control of pre-sale activities.
- A major focus will be on XDR and Threat Intelligence, and other regional deals related to Group-IB products portfolio and its combination.
- Ensuring the functioning of the solution on pilots and during the subscription by aligning with client’s use-cases, success criteria, integration needs, post sales support etc .
- Become a true expert with Group-IB’s solutions to best qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Investigate and optimize a solution’s fit to the requirements of an opportunity, both current and future.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
What Success Looks Like
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in an Information Security Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or similar senior customer-facing role.
- Strong client-centric mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong passion for cyber security and high-tech technologies.
- Have strong hands-on knowledge of networking technologies & fundamental concepts (Routing & switching, Communication Protocols, DNS, DHCP, IP, OSI/ISO, email systems, SSL, VPN, SPAN, GRE, VLAN, etc.).
- Familiarity with widely accepted frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
- Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of cybersecurity solutions, including NTA, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Email Security, Sandboxing, Antivirus/EDR, XDR, and Threat Intelligence platforms.
- Comfortable with concepts like threat hunting and incident response in an operational Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
- In-depth awareness of the cybersecurity market landscape, including leading vendors and evolving technologies.
- Understand the principles of cybersecurity and the technologies used to ensure it on an enterprise level.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of SOC operations, including threat hunting and incident response concepts.
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity vendor and technology landscape.
- Additional requirements:
- Professional security related qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, CCIE or equivalent are highly desirable.
