Responsibilities
- Analyze and define planning principles for power systems
- Define and validate power system models
- Enhance methodologies for planning power systems with RES and BESS integration
- Conduct steady state analysis (load flow, short circuit, hosting capacity)
- Perform dynamic stability analysis (frequency, transient, voltage stability)
- Support analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security
- Write reports presenting analysis results
- Interact with clients and convince them on proposed solutions
- Supervise power system team and their contribution to projects
- Manage consultancy services projects
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and developing proposals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Power System Planning
- Expertise in translating complex data into strategic insights
- Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE)
- Knowledge of Power System economics basics
- Team player
- Good oral presentation skills and ability to interact with international clients
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset

Your profile
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Power System Planning
- Expertise in translating complex data into strategic insights
- Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE)
- Knowledge of Power System economics basics
- Team player
- Good oral presentation skills and ability to interact with international clients
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset
