- Analysis and definition of planning principles
- Power System Model definition and validation
- Enhancing methodologies to plan power systems facing massive RES & BESS integration
- Mastering links with technico economic models to define critical operating points
- Steady state analysis (load flow, short circuit calculations, hosting capacity, etc)
- Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, transient & voltage stability..)
- Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security
- Writing reports presenting results of the analysis
- Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Power System Planning
- Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE)
- Team Player
- Good oral presentation skills
- Fluent in English

- Analysis and definition of planning principles.
- Power System Model definition and validation.
- Enhancing methodologies to plan power systems facing massive RES & BESS integration, demand evolution and optimisation of transmission investments.
- Mastering links with technico economic models to define critical operating points.
- Steady state analysis (load flow, short circuit calculations, hosting capacity, etc).
- Dynamic stability analysis (frequency, transient & voltage stability..).
- Support the analysis and evaluation of grid reliability and security (eg capacity calculation, balancing, operational planning..).
- Writing reports presenting results of the analysis.
- Support the company’s business development teams in identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Power System Planning (Master planning, pre feasibility of new transmission investments, RES system integration, BESS optimization, sizing state of the art technological solutions,…).
- Mastering power system simulation tools (PowerFactory, PSSE).
- Team Player.
- Good oral presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.
