Join a global data and technology-driven organization delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation and intelligent automation initiatives across business operations and customer platforms.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365 & AI Automation) to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Microsoft technologies professional with strong experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform development, system integrations, and intelligent automation initiatives within enterprise environments.
This is a 1-year contract role (extendable) supporting large-scale transformation and automation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows, RPA, and AI-powered automation
- Develop Power Apps solutions including both canvas and model-driven applications
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 workflows, Business Process Flows, plugins, and custom integrations
- Implement intelligent automation capabilities using AI Builder, Copilot, and Azure AI services
- Develop AI-enhanced workflows including automated ticket routing, approval automation, predictive scoring, and intelligent case management
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
- Collaborate closely with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support Dataverse data modelling, optimization, and enterprise data management initiatives
- Participate in Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations)
- Hands-on expertise across Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience building intelligent automation and AI-powered workflow solutions
- Strong development experience with Dataverse, Business Process Flows, custom workflows, and plugins using C#/.NET
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Service Bus
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Copilot, or AI Builder capabilities
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and prompt-driven automation use cases
- Knowledge of AI-powered process optimization and predictive workflows
- Experience with SSIS, KingswaySoft, or enterprise data migration tools
- Experience integrating chatbot, OCR, summarization, or sentiment analysis capabilities
