- Manage two Steering Committees involving internal and client stakeholders
- Coordinate working level PoC meetings and ensure effective communication before and after governance forums
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings
- Produce monthly reports covering overall departmental initiatives
- Drive project governance, reporting, and execution across multiple workstreams
Requirements
- Previous experience within the tourism industry is essential
- Strong PMO and project management experience
- Proven background in governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience supporting large transformation or strategic programmes is highly preferred
- Candidates must already hold a valid Golden Visa or equivalent work authorization
