The role
Build cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering squads to ship quickly on a trusted platform.
Lead the future design of production infrastructure for scale and automate administrative work that supports rapid growth.
Report to the Director of Technical Operations and partner with engineering squads, Staff Engineers, and Tech Leads.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Design and deploy production cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform with a focus on scale, reliability, and availability.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code with Terraform to create reproducible, auditable, automated server infrastructure.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, security controls, observability, incident response, and cloud cost efficiency.
- Partner with engineering squads on platform friction, roadmap planning, legacy component removal, and long-term production fixes.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of systems or software engineering experience focused on SRE and DevOps paradigms.
- Deep hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience is required.
- Strong proficiency with Cloudflare, WAF configurations, and API Gateway management.
